I pulled up the weather mid- afternoon here and it was 91-feels-like-104. I am glad my A/C works (even though it’s old enough that one of these days the electric meter is going to fly off the wall when it kicks on...) .

I poured myself an OJ/orange seltzer mix (because yum) aaaaannndddd decided to throw some vanilla vodka in there too. It’s yummy.

I feel you, it’ s 3 AM here and still around 22°C (72°F) outside (and possibly even a bit more inside despite having the AC running) , this afternoon it was around 39°C (102°F) i believe .

It hasn’t been a terribly hot summer in my neck of the south because it has rained at least once a day every day all season . So horrible humidity but it has only got as high as 92 or maybe 95 most days.
